Educated at Oxford University and the London Business School, Laura Dugdale co-founded High Spirits after a 15 year career at ITN and many years running a stately home conference centre. Her organisational skills, developed as senior European Field Producer for News at Ten, guarantee that High Spirits events are devised and managed by a highly competent and experienced pair of hands.

At Noseley Hall, Laura created a business that specialised in exclusive residential boardroom retreats as well as a wide variety of other events - from meetings to multi-activity days and training.

During her career, she has organised events attended by Cabinet Ministers and members of the British and foreign royal families.

Laura has held positions on the Board of Directors of Leicester Sound, the local GWR radio station in Leicester, and as Vice-Chairman of the East Midlands branch of the Historic Houses Association.
